Children Nephrotic Syndrome recurs time and again, which leads parents to
feel headache. The reasons why Children Nephrotic Syndrome recurs time and again
are as follows:
Infection
In many cases, the recurrence of Children Nephrotic Syndrome is connected
with infection such as catching a cold (flu) which leads to the respiratory
tract infection. Once some Children with Nephrotic Syndrome catch a cold or get
a flu, the protein in urine will turn positive and sometimes, edema or swelling
may occur at the same time. Sometimes, protein in urine disappears after the
cold is over, but in most cases, protein in urine will not stop unless more
hormones are injected.
Long time use of a large amount of prednisone. It can lead to the shrink
ofadrenal cortex. After medicine is stopped, hormone will not secrete. In this
case, Children Nephrotic Syndrome may recur easily.
Not scientific treatment
In many cases, the treatment course is too short. Some parents do not follow
what doctor said and stop the medicine on their own or change medicine, or
reduce the amount of medicine, all of which can lead to recurrence of Children
Nephrotic Syndrome.
The gene factor
In the recent 15 years, kidney disease experts all over the world have
researched the relationship between the recurrence of Children Nephrotic
Syndrome and the antigenicity of white blood cells.
How to prevent children from recurrence of Nephrotic Syndrome? Firstly, avoid
getting infection. Try not to be too tired.
Secondly, be aware of the food which children take in. Do not have those such
as fried chicken, chocolate, instant noodles with pepper, and so on.
Thirdly, stop medicine such as hormone and immunosuppressive agent and try
another new therapy.
