Must Low Back Pain Be Kidney Disease

Must low back pain be kidney disease? As soon as we mention low back pain, many people will hold the idea that it is connected with kidney disease and there must be something wrong in the kidney area. Indeed, kidney lies in the low back of human body. But not all pain in back pain can be caused by kidney disease. And there are many factors which can lead to low back pain besides kidney disease.
1. Some part of the body get injured. For example, when playing basketball, we may sprain the back. If it can not recover easily, we will feel pain in the low back.
2. Tiredness or fatigue due to excessive physical work, which is usually the main reason why we have low back pain. If we sit in front of a computer stand for a long time, we can also feel pain in the back. To our joy, in normal condition, it will recover soon. So in this case, please do not worry so much.
3. Some other diseases can also lead to low back pain. For example, menses of women can lead to pain in the low back as well.
4. When some people are old, they can also feel pain in the low back, which is because osteoporosis.
5. Bad living habit can also lead to low back pain. For example, sleeping in the house which is full of moisture is also bad for the health and may lead to low back pain.
6. Kidney disease can also lead to low back pain. When people are suffering from kidney disease, the intrinsic cells will be damaged and consequently, the filtration membrane will also be damaged. In this case, proteins will leak out, thus causing proteinuria. Protein is an essential element which can assure the activity of human body and play an important role in the metabolism. So if it is lost, many activities will be influenced. The muscles in the back loose the tension force, which limit the movement, so patients will feel pain in the back. In this case, people should go to hospital to have a systematic examination and then take effective treatment.
Especially for those who have had Polycystic Kidney Disease or complex cysts in the kidney, they may feel low back pain easily. Firstly, infection of the cyst will be blame for the pain in the location of kidneys. Secondly, ruptured cyst may play a role in the back pain appearing in people suffering with Polycystic Kidney Disease.
Thirdly,enlargement of cyst is another cause of lower back pain among people suffering from Polycystic Kidney Disease. Sometime, bleeding of the cyst also should be responsible for the pain in the kidneys.
