What Are the Reasons for Foot Rot Resulted by Diabetes?

Is the diabetes bound to induce Diabetic Foot (DF)? And is the inducement of DF caused by rot foot? So what are the reasons for rot foot for the patients of diabetes? And how much do we really know about the reasons for DF (Diabetic Foot)?
When the foot fester occurs, the patients of diabetes would have such symptoms as the feeling of limb numb, pain, the loss of consciousness, edema or the drop in the temperature of foot skin, etc. Diabetic angiopathy could divide into the vein vascular lesions and arterial disease, the appearance of which could result the lesion on body organs and tissues, thus lead to the stagnation and obstruction of the blood flow; so the blood supply in body extremities could be limited and then result the foot necrosis and deteriorate into fester. The diabetic neuropathy could also happen in the patients of diabetes, as a result of the neuropathic functional disorders or something else, so bad result would occur such as the loss of aesthesis and limb numb, etc.
DF (Diabetic Foot) is a very serious problem, but many patients are not aware about that, so they neglect the control of blood sugar in their daily lives, day by day, the open wounds in foot skin could develop into ulcer due to the local neural vascular lesions, if this situation is in prolonged unhealed, the treatment could be so difficult when it comes into the middle and late stage. So, for the patients of diabetes, it is very important to understand that how the hinder of diabetes appear, and accordingly to take precautionary measures to against it.
