What Is the Result of Bilateral Grade 3 Renal Parenchymal Disease

I am suffering from bilateral grade 3 renal parenchymal disease. Now my creatinine is 278umol/L. I have no obvious symptoms but the report shows that the protein in urine is 2+. What is the result of my condition.
Generally, the renal parenchymal disease means that the damage takes place in renal glomerulus, which play important function in the kidney such as filtration toxins such as creatinine, blood urea nitrogen, etc. It is actually more serious that the damage in the renal mesengial area, in which, renal tubules are damaged in most of time.
