Symptoms of High Creatinine

Creatinine is a kind of metabolism product, which can be a reference of kidney function. The normal range of creatinine is 44 to 103 umol/L. If it can not be discharged out in time, it will accumulate into the body, thus leading to a series of damage. Because of the compensation ability of kidney, when creatinine begins to increase, it indicates that the damage in the kidney has been more than 60%. The symptoms which are caused by high creatinine are as follows:
1. the disorder of water metabolism
The disorder of water metabolism can lead to increased creatinine, which includes increased urine, increased urine at night, thirst, fatigue, edema or swelling, increased blood pressure, and heart failure and so on.
2. the disorder of sodium metabolism
The disorder of sodium metabolism can also lead to the hyponatremia or hypernatremia.
3. the disorder of potassium
The disorder of potassium can lead to hyperkalemia or hypokalemia.
4. metabolic acidosis
Metabolic acidosis can make people feel poor appetite, nausea, vomiting, weakness, headache and so on.
