Renal insufficiency can be classified into four phases:
1, renal insufficiency stage (Ⅰ period): decompensated renal functional reserve
Compensatory renal reserve capacity is very large, although sometimes kidney function has been compromised, but still be able to protect the water and electrolyte balance and normal metabolism to meet their basic needs, there is no obvious symptoms.
2 stage renal insufficiency (Ⅱ stage): renal insufficiency of
This has been part of glomerular damage, kidney metabolic function has some obstacles, creatinine, urea nitrogen may be high, the patient may have fatigue, anemia, loss of appetite and other symptoms, is often overlooked.
3, renal insufficiency stage (Ⅲ period): renal failure
Renal damage has been very severe, then do not be able to maintain normal metabolism, in vivo environment is unstable, patients have significant symptoms, such as fatigue, weakness, anemia, nocturia, increased serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen increased, often acidosis .
