Can Dialysis Cure CKD?

Can dialysis cure CKD? In many countries, when serum creatinine is more than 445 umol/L, chronic kidney disease patients are suggested to take dialysis, for serum creatinine is a kind of metabolism products and toxic, which will damage the body if not cleared away in time.
The reason why creatinine can not be discharged out is that there is damage in the renal intrinsic cells, which causes damage in the renal structure and renal function later accordingly. So from the above, we can get a conclusion that when serum creatinine is high, there must be damage in the kidney.
However, dialysis can not cure kidney disease and it is only considered an assistant method, and the reasons are as follows:
