FSGS (Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis)Relapse

As we mentioned in the premier articles, FSGS (Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis is a stage of IgA Nephritis, a kind of kidney disease according to the pathological diagnosis internationally. FSGS (Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis is a traditional term, which on the view of cytology, is termed as renal glomerular epithelial cell disease. Segmental means the glomerulosclerosis does not diffuse to the whole glomeruli. In this stage, symptoms such as proteinuria, occult blood and edema will occur if not controlled well.
For patients with FSGS (Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis), what troubled them most is the recurrence or relapse of this disease. Why?
